There are two ways you can search these blogs. The first is the most obvious, and that is the little search window in the upper left hand corner of the blog. You can search for specific words by typing it in and hitting enter. You can type in part of a song title, or someone's name, or even an instrument.
The second way to search is by "label", or "keyword" (they are the same thing). Each post should have a keyword, or label at the bottom of it. When you click the label or keyword, it shows all of the posts with that same label. There is a list of labels in the menu above under "Blog posts", and "Filter Blog Topics". For instance, after I typed this message out, I went down to the bottom and clicked "Show All" and then clicked on the HELP label and this post became part of the HELP label. If you don't see one that fits, you can type a new on in there. You can click or type more than one label too (separated by commas). Labels can be changed later, so it's not the end of the world if you get it wrong. Labels can be changed or even eliminated at will.... It's just a way of filtering the types of posts... If you only want to see a certain type of message, you'd click that label and all other types of messages will become invisible to your reading.... We have labels connected to the discussion menu at the top of the page too.
And remember, that we have two different blog areas, one for discussions in general (grey pages), and the project portal blog (blue pages), so you might want to do your searches in both. If you search in the grey blog you are searching the discussions. If you search in the blue blog you are searching projects, that are in process.
